Description
Crispy spiral-cut potatoes cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Use a spiralizer to cut the potatoes into spiral shapes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the spiral potatoes in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use russet or Yukon gold potatoes for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
