Description
A simple and delicious banana bread with tropical flavors, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in coconut, pineapple, and nuts.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
