Description

Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the fries and drizzle with truffle oil.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
- Serve immediately.
