Description
Crispy homemade chips with rich truffle and garlic butter flavors, cooked quickly in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into thin rounds (1/8 inch thick)
- Soak potato slices in cold water for 10 minutes
- Pat potatoes dry thoroughly
- Mix truffle oil, butter, and garlic in bowl
- Toss potato slices with the oil mixture
- Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook at 380°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving
Notes
- Use mandoline for even slices
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket
- Serve immediately for best crispness
