Description
Crispy fries cooked in an air fryer, tossed with truffle oil and grated Parmesan for a rich flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil and salt.
- Place fries in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Transfer fries to a bowl, drizzle with truffle oil, sprinkle Parmesan and pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly and serve immediately.

- Cut fries evenly for consistent cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust salt to taste.
