Description
Crispy fries with truffle oil and parmesan cheese, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin fries.
- Toss fries with truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top before serving.

- Use russet potatoes for best results.
