Description
Crispy fries made in an air fryer, seasoned with truffle salt for a gourmet touch.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp truffle salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry, then toss with olive oil.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle with truffle salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
- Soaking removes excess starch for crispier fries.
