A simple and flavorful air fryer turkey breast seasoned with herbs for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 lb) turkey breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Season the turkey breast evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30 minutes, then flip and cook for another 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
- Adjust cook time based on the size of the turkey breast.
- For extra crispiness, increase air fryer temperature to 380°F (190°C) for the last 5 minutes.
