Description

Make juicy and flavorful Italian-style turkey meatballs in your air fryer. A healthier alternative to traditional beef meatballs with the same great taste.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve with marinara sauce and pasta or as an appetizer.
