Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Divide meat into 4 equal balls.
  4. Place parchment paper in air fryer basket.
  5. Put one meat ball in basket, press flat with spatula to 1/2 inch thickness.
  6. Brush with olive oil.
  7. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, cook 4 more minutes.
