Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Mix turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Divide meat into 4 equal balls.
- Place parchment paper in air fryer basket.
- Put one meat ball in basket, press flat with spatula to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Cook for 6 minutes, flip, cook 4 more minutes.
- Add cheese if using, cook 1 minute to melt.
- Repeat for remaining burgers.
- Serve on buns with toppings.
