Description
A warm and comforting golden milk vegetable broth made in an air fryer, infused with turmeric and other spices for a healthy and flavorful drink.
Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine vegetable broth, coconut milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place the bowl in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir well, then cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer, add honey or maple syrup if desired, and stir.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use fresh turmeric for a stronger flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
