Description
Crispy and healthy air fryer turnip chips made from white and golden turnips. A perfect low-calorie snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium white turnips
- 2 medium golden turnips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and peel the turnips.
- Slice the turnips into thin, even rounds.
- Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

- Slice turnips evenly for consistent cooking.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
