Description
Easy and delicious vegan peanut butter cookies made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peanut butter, sugars, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Add plant-based milk and stir until smooth.
- Gradually mix in flour until well combined.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal.
- Adjust cook time based on your air fryer model.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
