Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and bean sprouts.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, olive oil, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve warm, optionally with a drizzle of extra soy sauce.
