Description
A quick and easy vegetarian pizza made in the air fryer with fresh veggies and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (10-inch)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the pizza crust on parchment paper and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and red onions.
- Sprinkle oregano over the toppings.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
- Remove, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any preferred vegetables for toppings.
- Check pizza halfway through cooking to prevent burning.
