Description
A quick and healthy breakfast sandwich made with veggie sausage and toasted English muffin, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 veggie sausage patty
- 1 whole wheat English muffin
- 1 slice cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray or brush the veggie sausage with olive oil.
- Place the sausage in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Split the English muffin and toast it in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwich with the cooked sausage and cheese (if using).
- Serve immediately.
