Crispy kale chips made in an air fryer, packed with vitamin C for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale (washed and dried)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for extra vitamin C)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Tear kale leaves into bite-sized pieces, removing stems.
  3. In a bowl, toss kale with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Place kale in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.
