Description
Crispy kale chips made in an air fryer, packed with vitamin C for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale (washed and dried)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (for extra vitamin C)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Tear kale leaves into bite-sized pieces, removing stems.
- In a bowl, toss kale with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place kale in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- For extra crispiness, pat kale dry thoroughly before seasoning.
