Description
Crispy air-fried potato wedges served with a creamy homemade ranch dip.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While wedges cook, mix Greek yogurt, dill, chives, lemon juice, and onion powder for the dip.
- Serve wedges hot with ranch dip.

- Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
