Description

Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Parchment paper (cut to fit air fryer basket)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedge shapes.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Line air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the parchment paper.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check for crispiness and cook 2-3 minutes more if needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even wedges.
- Parchment paper prevents sticking and makes cleanup easy.
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
