Description
Crispy halloumi wraps with za’atar seasoning made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 200g halloumi cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp za’atar seasoning
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Toss halloumi slices with za’atar and olive oil.
- Air fry halloumi for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each.
- Assemble wraps with halloumi, lettuce, tomatoes, and tahini.
- Fold tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh za’atar for best flavor.
- Halloumi can be grilled instead of air-fried.
- Add cucumber or red onion for extra crunch.
