Description

Crispy halloumi wraps with za’atar seasoning made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 200g halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp za’atar seasoning
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tahini sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Toss halloumi slices with za’atar and olive oil.
  3. Air fry halloumi for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each.
  5. Assemble wraps with halloumi, lettuce, tomatoes, and tahini.
  6. Fold tortillas tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh za’atar for best flavor.
  • Halloumi can be grilled instead of air-fried.
