Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix almond flour, butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten into cookie shapes.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use room-temperature butter for easier mixing.
- Cookies will crisp up as they cool.
