Description
Crispy and flavorful air fryer drumsticks with a tangy apple cider vinegar BBQ glaze.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat drumsticks dry and rub with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat drumsticks evenly.
- Place drumsticks in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10-12 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Mix apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce. Brush onto drumsticks during last 3 minutes of cooking.
Notes
- Shake basket halfway for even cooking
- Adjust cook time for larger drumsticks
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving
