Description
Crispy air fryer wings coated in a sweet and savory Asian BBQ glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat wings evenly with the glaze.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over wings and toss to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Place wings in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8 minutes.
- Brush with extra glaze before serving.
Notes
- For crispier wings, let them sit uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Serve with extra glaze on the side.
