Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut each tater tot in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out a small amount of potato from the center of each half.
- Fill each hollowed-out tater tot with cheese and bacon.
- Press the halves back together.
- Place stuffed tots on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle with chives before serving.
