Easy-to-make baked taco bites perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions.
- Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin tins.
- Fill each wrapper with beef mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Top with salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Substitute wonton wrappers with tortilla cups if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
