Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off excess.

  5. Toss cooked florets with BBQ sauce and olive oil.
