Description
Crispy and flavorful BBQ cauliflower wing bites made in the air fryer for a healthier twist on classic wings.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off excess.
- Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Toss cooked florets with BBQ sauce and olive oil.
- Return to the air fryer for 2-3 more minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray florets lightly with oil before air frying.
