Description
BBQ meatball bite skewers made in the air fryer for a quick and tasty appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Brush meatballs with BBQ sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Thread cooked meatballs onto skewers and serve warm.
Notes
- Soak skewers in water to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on meatball size.
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
