Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Toast the bread slices lightly.
- Divide the bell pepper and onion mixture between two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices to make sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.
