Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Whisk in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Spread batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool before cutting.
