Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 50g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 tsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices lightly.
  2. Spread olive oil on one side of each slice.
  3. Layer arugula on one slice.
  4. Add pear slices and crumbled blue cheese.
  5. Drizzle honey over the filling.
  6. Top with the second bread slice.
  7. Cut in half and serve immediately.
