Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan.
  6. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the batter.
  7. Top with remaining batter. Swirl lightly with a knife.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
