Description
Juicy and flavorful drumsticks cooked in an air fryer with a bourbon BBQ glaze.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup bourbon BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Rub the drumsticks with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Brush the drumsticks with bourbon BBQ sauce and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
