Description
Crispy and delicious air fryer potato wedges that are easy to make and budget-friendly.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Soak wedges in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, leave the skins on.
