Description

Crispy, spicy buffalo cauliflower bites made in an air fryer. A healthy alternative to traditional wings.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until coated.
  4. Place battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to the air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes.
  9. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray the cauliflower with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for more or less spice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
