Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or naan
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Spread ranch dressing on the flatbread.
- Top with buffalo chicken, mozzarella, and blue cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with celery and green onions.
- Slice and serve immediately.
