Description
A crispy, melty grilled cheese sandwich with a cheesy explosion inside, made quickly in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Mix cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Place cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of one bread slice.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use thick bread for best results.
