Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix five-spice powder, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the wings evenly with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry again before air frying.
- Adjust cook time if using larger wings.
