Ingredients
- 1 can anchovies (2 oz), drained
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash anchovies and garlic into a paste.
- Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish and air fry for 8 minutes.
- Stir well and serve warm with crackers or bread.
