Description
Crispy beef taquitos made easy in your air fryer, perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of beef and cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Brush taquitos with olive oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to prevent taquitos from unrolling.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
