Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer half the potato slices in the air fryer basket.
- Pour half the cream over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
