A delicious and easy-to-make buffalo chicken casserole perfect for Christmas gatherings. Made in the air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, rice, celery, red onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.
- Adjust the buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
- Serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing.
