Description
Make festive Christmas cookies with your air fryer in the shape of cauldrons.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Black food coloring (optional)
- Edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Add black food coloring if desired and mix until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and shape into cauldrons.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before decorating with edible glitter.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
