A festive twist on classic cheeseburger soup, made easily in your air fryer for a quick and comforting holiday meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in the air fryer basket for 5 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic, cook for 3 more minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes, stir well.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add shredded cheese, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
- Stir until cheese melts and soup thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
