Description
A festive and indulgent pasta dish made with ground beef, melty cheese, and a tangy sloppy joe sauce, all cooked in an air fryer for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) sloppy joe sauce
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft.
- Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Stir in sloppy joe sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta and beef sauce in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
