Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and biscuit pieces to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
