Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  3. Add diced chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
