Description
A quick and flavorful shrimp bowl with chili and lime, perfect for a festive Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Drizzle lime juice over cooked shrimp.
- Divide rice between bowls, top with shrimp, avocado, corn, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust chili powder to taste if you prefer more or less heat.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of smoked paprika.
- Substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu if preferred.
