Description

A quick and flavorful shrimp bowl with chili and lime, perfect for a festive Christmas meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Drizzle lime juice over cooked shrimp.
  5. Divide rice between bowls, top with shrimp, avocado, corn, and cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately.
