Description

A rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake made in an air fryer, perfect for Christmas celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g digestive biscuits
  • 50g butter


Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a cake tin to form the base.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  6. Fold in the melted chocolate.
  7. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
  8. Place the tin in the air fryer and cook at 160°C for 25 minutes.
  9. Let it cool before serving.

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
