Description
A quick and creamy broccoli cauliflower salad made in the air fryer, perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped bacon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl with a little oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry the vegetables for 8-10 minutes until lightly charred.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Combine the cooked vegetables with the creamy dressing.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and bacon (if using) on top.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Add nuts or dried cranberries for extra texture.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
