Description
A quick and creamy Christmas dish featuring air-fried ravioli with sun-dried tomato chicken filling.
Ingredients
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss ravioli with olive oil and air fry for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked ravioli to the bowl and gently combine.
- Return the mixture to the air fryer and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen ravioli.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add spinach for extra greens.
